DanceFit is our hottest new dance fitness class that will feel more like a party than a workout. This class will combine easy to follow cardio dance moves with Plyometrics for a total body burn. All the while we will be jamming to the hottest pop, hip hop, 80’s, 90’s and today’s best dance music. No dance experience necessary! Just come and follow along for a fun, high intensity workout! Great for beginners. All levels welcome.
The best part of it all is that we tone using our own bodies. No equipment, no dumbbells, and no awkward toning contraptions! Our choreography is not complex and difficult. Our steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts. We aim to keep our choreography simple. That way, our students can focus on “working out” rather than following dance steps. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and shake that booty, you will have a blast in class!
Combining elements of Pilates, yoga, and classical ballet barre exercises, this class will focus on working specific muscle groups to help build long lean muscles. Along with improving balance, flexibility and posture, this low impact class will work your muscles in ways that standard strength training may miss. Trust me…you’re going to feel the burn! Get ready to burn fat, reduce stress and tone up by punching and kicking real heavy bags. We combine cardio, resistance and interval training to give you the most effective workout possible. Our fun and engaging group fitness classes keep the punches and kicks basic to focus on the fitness aspect of your workout. Since our kickboxing classes are for both beginner and advanced levels, each member can work out at their own pace. Please bring a yoga mat *Hand protection required*
LOW INTENSITY CLASS: ***by appointment ONLY contact for availability. Enjoy the same great kickboxing class with lower intensity and modified movements. Great for older adults, adults with previous injuries, or those just starting a fitness regimen.
This class is for:
* Participants who suffer from high blood pressure, anxiety, for those who have to lose 50+ pounds and would like to exercise at a steady yet gradual pace
* Men and women ages 55 and up. However, all ages 18 and up are welcome
* Those who have had previous injury and would like to gradually get back towards their fitness goals
Class not available at this time TEEN ONLY CLASSES: This class will be for ages 14-17 only. We ask that teens do NOT attend our adult classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Parent waiver must be signed IN PERSON at The Studio before student can participate. Just like our other classes at The Studio, registration is encouraged due to limited space of 10 participants per class.
Stand straighter, look leaner and recover faster from your workouts. This 50 minute class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, shoulders, hips and back while building muscle and core strength. Stretching has the potential to decrease injury by preparing the muscles for work before activity and increases blood and nutrient supply to the muscles, thereby possibly decreasing muscle soreness. Stretching can also calm the mind, provide a mental break and give your body a chance to recharge

Butts & Guts
The name says it all! This is the perfect class for clients of all fitness levels wishing to tone their legs, backside and abs. This booty blasting cardio quickie incorporates flowing movement with strength building exercises. This class focuses on lower body and abdominal toning, sculpting, and strengthening. During this upbeat 30-minute class, you will dance through easy to follow repetitions that target those stubborn areas. Butts and Guts was inspired by several different training techniques including ballet, gymnastics, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and more. Combining these training techniques into a 30-minute series of movement, creates a unique fitness class that allows you to squeeze a quick, yet effective lower body work out in to your busy schedule. This class is so fun you’ll forget you’re working out. Please note this is a 30 minute class. Please bring your own yoga mat
This class will provide a well-balance workout focusing on the fundamentals of STOTT Pilates. With the use of body weight resistance and minimal equipment this class will address muscle strength and flexibility to improve postural alignment, balance, and coordination. We will pay attention to the natural breath pattern with the movement to build core strength and endurance. Pilates shows great benefits to those of all skill levels and can be modified to your needs. *Please bring your own yoga mat*
The foundation of the yoga sequence for this class is Vinyasa flow, which harmonizes properly aligned movement with breath. Building strength is the focus, achieved by muscular resistance using your own body weight and repetition of challenging (yet uplifting!) sequences suitable for all levels. Some postures are held for a long time to build endurance and willpower in addition to strength. This exhilarating class also promotes balance, flexibility, mental clarity, and a feeling of vitality. INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training. INSANITY is a predesigned interval class that requires no equipment and is easy to learn and fun to participate in. INSANITY Rounds (released every other month) offer participants the opportunity to a challenging class with heart-thumping, well-timed music. The group-exercise adaptation of this workout has been designed to give participants a safe, challenging, and results-driven experience. INSANITY is driven by motivating music and the direction of the instructor. This training program takes into consideration the special needs of group-exercise participants by providing a variety of modifications for all fitness levels.
P90X®LIVE is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio X, Lower Strength, Upper Strength and X Core. The DVD program once designed for at-home use has been revamped for the live studio setting. It incorporates a new “protocol based” approach to full body training. P90X LIVE is suitable for all fitness levels and is fully modifiable

This fun and ever changing 30 minute class will feature a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Please bring a mat to each class. No weights needed.
