Dee Godere | Dance Meditation
Dee’s role as coach and sport / fitness trainer is to empower people to make successful, productive choices based on integrity and focused intention. A native of Montreal, Canada, Dee has been a coach for many as adults, children, professional athletes, business and entertainment industry professionals for thirty years. Dee developed her own teaching style that incorporates physical movement, breath, meditation or music, depending on her client’s needs.
Dee holds a diploma in Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology as well as various certifications as a sport coach & hypnotherapist.
Heather Caldwell |Country Line Dance
“My name is Heather and I have been line dancing since I was 16yrs old. That is when my friends introduced me to it and I fell in love with it right away. It wasn’t until I moved back to Washington and started taking more lessons that the addiction to dancing really kicked in. I began taking lessons, not just line dance, but 2 step, west coast swing, east coast swing and couples cha cha, Schottisch, the list goes on. After I turned 21 I kept going back. The owner of the bar asked me if I would like to work there teaching line dance as I picked it up pretty fast. How could I say no!! I’ve been teaching for about 15 years (no longer at that bar as it is closed) now if not longer. I’m also on the line dance team “West Coast Country Heat” and have been a part of the team for about 19 years. I’m always trying to learn new dances as well as choreograph my own, which one day I will complete!!?”
Dianne Bouton | Evening Stretch & Yoga
Dianne has been practicing yoga since 2002. She began her yoga journey with Power Vinyasa initially as a way to improve her strength, flexibility and mental endurance for running. She quickly discovered the positive effects yoga had in all aspects of her life both physically and mentally. This inspired Dianne to obtain her RYT 200 certificate through the Yoga Alliance to help others connect to their minds and bodies while improving their overall health.
Dianne’s teaching philosophy is to practice yoga with an open mind, become present, and explore. She loves to teach a fun class that is challenging and allows you to push yourself, while offering safe modifications and levels. Her foremost goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all – to meet people where they are, as they are.
Sarah Dodge | POUND®
Sarah Dodge has always had a passion for health, but very little experience with fitness or dance, other than taking ballet for a year at age 5 and then playing high school volleyball. As a full time Doctor of Chiropractic in Carnation, Sarah attended a few classes at The Studio to get her exercise in for the week. She attended a POUND class, not knowing anything about it, and has been hooked ever since. As a musician, Sarah has always loved making music, but lacks dance skills. POUND was the perfect combination of music mixed with fitness in a simple, easy to follow, whole body workout for all skill levels. She received her POUND Pro training in June 2018 and has been loving teaching it ever since! Sarah lives in Duvall with her husband Kris and fur babies Ella and Luna. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, snowboarding and playing her hot pink electric violin.
Virginia Ringseth | Yoga
Virginia’s love of artful body movement began at age seven, when her Mom took her to her first ballet class. Virginia went on to compete in junior high gymnastics, but her participation was halted due to a diagnosis of severe scoliosis. Years later, Virginia discovered yoga, and was instantly hooked. She has been practicing consistently for over 20 years. The healing, strength, and joy that yoga has brought to Virginia’s life is profound, and she considers it an honor to guide students through their own practice. She is RYT-200 certified in Vinyasa and Hatha, and has a supplementary 100 hour certificate in Hatha yoga. Virginia has traveled extensively and is passionate about revitalizing old homes. She manages a restored Airbnb cabin on the Skykomish River and spends time at her refurbished vintage mobile home on Hood Canal.
Erin Warrick | Barre, Insanity®, Hip Hop, & Burlesque
Erin was introduced to the world of dance at the age of 5 when her mom started taking her to her jazzercise classes. It didn’t take long for her to catch the dancer bug, and she started taking studio classes at the age of 9. She began competing in regional competitions and continued her studio education until high school when she decided to join her high school dance team. She got her bachelor’s degree in dance from Western Oregon University and coached competitive high school dance teams for 6 years. She has been trained in a variety of dance genres including jazz, ballet/pointe, contemporary, hip hop, modern and African.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and wine tasting. She lives in Snoqualmie with her husband and fur babies.

I live, dream and eat fitness everyday! I fell in love with fitness at 17 years old. At this point in my life I get to share my passion with others who have the aspiration to become a better stronger version of themselves. I have three beautiful daughters and I am engaged to the man of my dreams. Kristin Pittenger | Pilates
My passion for physical fitness started young and now my goal is to provide others with the opportunity to improve their body awareness, strength, and mobility through the discipline of STOTT Pilates. Starting at the age of six I began my first ballet class and through the years I have practiced Jazz, Hip hop, Contemporary, Clogging, and even Irish Step. I started my Pilates journey in 2017 and have fallen in love. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and Pilates has expanded my practice significantly. Pilates has even helped me with my own lower back injuries and allows me to perform the activities I love. I grew up in a rural town in Eastern WA, so it has been a great joy discovering Carnation and moving somewhere that is equally tight-nit and community focused, all the while being within a short distance of the city. I can’t wait to work with all of you to reach your fitness goals, prevent injuries and/or reduce pain by improving core strength, stability, and overall endurance.
Kate Rousu| Yoga Workshops
I fell in love with yoga during college as a form of stress relief and have been practicing regularly ever since then. I love the connection of movement to breath and want to help others explore the beauty of the practice. I received my 200 hour teacher certification from Core Power in 2015. In my classes, I strive to make yoga approachable for everyone and hope my students leave class feeling more relaxed and limber than when they arrived!
Outside of my time in the studio, I enjoy hiking with my husband, Dennis and our dog, Pinot. We also enjoy travelling, cooking, biking and wine tasting.
Lynn Parsley | Afro Belly Boogie/Belly Dance
Lynn Parsley is a lifelong dancer, having begun her ballet training at the age of 3. She has been a professional ballet, modern and jazz dancer and teacher from age 17, and began studying belly dance 14 years ago. As a professional middle eastern dance performer and teacher, she strives to bring historical and folkloric authenticity to her performances and into the classroom.
Lynn recently added the dance fitness workout called AfroBellyBoogie to her teaching repertoire, as it perfectly combines her love of folkloric dance with belly dance and fun, current danceable music. As a dancer and teacher Lynn ensures that body alignment and correct posture and muscles are used, to provide a safe and effective workout

Bob & Karlen teach locally and participate in the Seattle dance community and other venues around the country, eg, Portland, San Diego, New Orleans.
We love to share the joy of dance, especially with those who are just starting. Getting over the hurdle of “I can’t dance” doesn’t take long, and we have found anyone can learn. We take people from wanting to dance to loving dance and being confident with basic dance moves. We teach a variety of partner dances, including swing, blues, cha cha, salsa, waltz, zydeco and cajun. Dance is one of the best activities as it offers physical, social and mental benefits, and it is a great source of fun. Come join us!

I am absolutely thrilled to bring my vision of dance and dance fitness into our community and the Snoqualmie Valley. Born and raised in Cheyenne, WY my love for dance began at the age of 4. I participated in the usual children’s dance classes such as ballet, tap and jazz until about age 8 where my competitive nature came alive and I fell in love with sports. I have been an athlete in one way or another my whole life but I never quit dancing. In 2012 I reintegrated back into the dance world. My little girl dreams of being a choreographer (back then it was for stars like Britney Spears HAHA) erupted once again. Over the past few years I have been certified in a handful of dance formats and acquired my personal training license. I still cannot believe where this journey has taken me today, to owning and operating my very own studio!
My true passion lies in helping others reach their full potential and helping my clients find out all they are capable of. One of the greatest joys of my job is when someone tells me that I have changed their life, in one way or another, big or small. I strive to make people’s days better by bringing positive energy, thorough knowledge, and preparation to my classes. I do this for the smiles, the laughs and the confidence I see build through the people I work with. I do this knowing I can help someone overcome an injury or a medical set back. I do this because I love to connect with others on a deeper more intimate level. When you feel the most vulnerable and naked I am there not to judge but to open your eyes to your true beauty and strength. I do this to inspire others to be silly, have fun and be real. I do this because this is what I was born to do and who I am meant to be. I cannot wait to help you change your life through the power of dance and fitness!!!
